So impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Clark and Joe Cool! I originally had our Trane installed and serviced every 6 months by Maynor Service Company. Despite an install hiccup, I used their annual service plan for the last 5 years. Once they started suggesting $500 UV lamps for the outdoor unit, I thought I should probably switch things up for a second opinion.My friends all used Joe Cool, and I am glad I do now too. Clark spent a lot of time going above and beyond, including taking off the original install seam glue for the upstairs unit (which never was) and accessing hard to access screws, indicating they never even cleaned the coil post-install once despite paying for it! No wonder they were always in and out in 15 minutes. But he took the time to do it right.Two things you need when hiring tradespeople- expert knowledge and honesty. This company has both, and I am a lifelong customer now.
